The building layout was designed
to provide each of our businesses
with an area to focus on the core
products and service around a
central foyer to allow and promote
communication between
personnel and customers and
suppliers. After three months
we believe the building has
had a positive impact on staff.

information technology and other
professional support functions,”

and it is very important that they
are able to talk and throw ideas
around. While the products that
the teams develop are significantly
different, the functional approach
used by the teams is essentially
the same and we are hoping to
encourage an exchange of ideas
and continuous improvement

Mr Allen said. “So in designing
the interior of the building, we

Bradken’s new Global
Corporate Centre was
officially opened by
Bradken’s Chairman, the
Hon Nick Greiner AC on
Tuesday, 19 March 2013.
“We will be able to do full-scale
product evaluations and
equipment fit ups, thanks to the
onsite cranes and testing facilities.
The office will allow a centralised
venue for customers, product
development and sales team
collaborations, with onsite
designing, prototyping and testing
to expedite the process to market.
This facility is world class and we
are proud of it. Mr Allen said one
of the key features of the building
was the staff’s involvement in its
