INCREASED QUALITY
The ability of the WFL machine to operate as a
coordinate measuring machine, making
automatic adjustments during machining, allows
it to reach the highest precision available on the
work pieces. The multi-process capabilities of
the machine also prevent potential clamping
and adjustment errors which may occur from
transporting parts from one single process
machine to another.

REDUCED MACHINE TIME
The WFL machine allows complex machining
tasks to be performed with a single set up,
significantly reducing total machining cycle time
and shortening production lead times.
REDUCED COST
The multi-process capabilities of the machine
also reduce personnel requirements for
operation, inspection, part transportation and
work scheduling. Machining and inspection of
parts can now be effectively completed with
just one operation. In addition, the WFL
machine has very short set-up times (typically
less than 30 minutes) and less time spent on
set-up equates to an increase in valuable
production hours.
