As an alternative to cash dividends, shareholders may elect to participate in the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) when available.  The DRP enables shareholders to use cash dividends for the purchase of additional fully paid ordinary shares. Shares are issued under the DRP at the Current Market Price, less any discount that the Board may decide (the 'Current Market Price' is the weighted average sale price of the Company’s shares for the five trading days immediately following the shares being quoted ex dividend on the Australian Securities Exchange). This is free of brokerage charges and stamp duty costs. Full details of the DRP are contained in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rules.  Access the Dividend Reinvestment Plan form here.

Bradken Limited operates a mandatory direct credit scheme, so to ensure dividends are paid to current accounts and not withheld, it is essential that you provide your banking instructions to the Bradken share registry. Your dividend payments are credited directly into any nominated bank, building society or credit union account in Australia as cleared funds on dividend payment date. Click here to obtain a Request for Direct Credit of Payments or contact the Bradken share registry.
Not only can we do your banking for you, but payment by direct credit eliminates the risk of cheque fraud.
