Bradken’s Defender™ is designed to meet the world’s toughest digging conditions.
The Defender shroud system is designed to fit a wide array of mining excavator, face shovel, front end loader and construction machines using plate and cast lips. Defender can be utilised on plate lip sizes from 40mm to 160mm (1.6inch to 6.3inch) and wing sizes ranging from 40mm to 140mm (1.6inch to 5.5inch).
Bradken Defender shrouds retrofit with existing "T" profile bosses on competitor’s products.
Bradken cast lip shrouds also have wear indicators integrally cast to help reduce unscheduled downtime by identifying when shroud change-out is needed.
