Mineral Processing Divisions were well
represented at the event with our striking
50 foot x 50 foot stand housing seven
individual displays including:
Mill and Crusher Liner systems
Cast Lip, Plate Lip and Dipper Lip
systems featuring Bradken Ground
Engaging Tool (GET) products
the Harmonise™ dragline rigging
the Evolution
Drive system
the Versatile
wear product range
With more than 52,000 visitors expected
to have walked through the 12 indoor
and outdoor display areas, including an
estimated 7,000 representing around
100 foreign nations (foreign to the USA),
Bradken’s decision to attend the event for
the first time was a simple one, explains
Roy Roux, President of Bradken’s US
based Resource Products Division, who
organised Bradken’s participation.
“This is by far the largest mining exhibition
with all the major equipment manufactures
displaying their products and competing
for product recognition,” Roy said. “For
Bradken it was the perfect opportunity
to show the global mining community
the breadth of our product offerings and
strength of our capabilities.”
Roy said the Bradken stand received a
significant amount of visitor attention over
the course of the three day event with
particular interest shown for the Bradken
GET products.
“I was very pleased with the number of
attendees that visited our exhibit and
with the number of meetings that we
had with potential customers to discuss
in detail their product needs. We had
interest across all our product lines but I
would have to say that more people were
interested in our GET product offerings.”
A number of enquiries were received as
a result of our presence at the event, in
particular from potential new customers
for GET and Rigging products in North
and South America, but also for GET,
Crawler Shoes and Wear Plate into
Africa, Russia and Mongolia.
Bradken will return as an exhibitor at
MINExpo in 2016.
