An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager – Organisational Capability to develop their career with a leading resources company
Bradken is a leading solutions provider and global manufacturer of innovative, custom engineered products for the resources sector. It operates a global network of manufacturing, sales and service facilities employing about 3,000 people.
The HR Manager – Organisational Capability will be based in Brisbane and will be responsible for leading the development of strategic Human Resource initiatives and frameworks in order to improve the Culture and Capability of Bradken. Key Initiatives for this role will include organisational culture, inclusion and diversity, leadership development, talent and training. Reporting Directly to the General Manager People and Culture, the HR Manager – Organisational Capability will become an integral part of the team leading Bradken’s organisational development and capability agenda to enable Bradken’s growth.
You will be self-motivated and reliable, a strategic thinker utilising your experience and initiative to lead a dispersed team and coach HR Business Partners and Bradken Leaders on the Org Capability priorities.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate:
- Generalist HR experience and especially with regards to organisation development (ie. Org Culture, Talent, I&D, Leadership Development), training and learning and development preferably within a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment.
- Experience in leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams and operating in a matrix operating model
- Demonstrated ability in supporting and advising Executive Leadership on the strategy and direction of an organisations culture and capability to enable the achievement of the business strategy.
Prior to commencing employment you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment and a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
