Bradken today confirmed the resignation of CEO Simon Linge.
Bradken Chairman Sonosuke Ishii thanked Mr Linge for his service and commitment to the business since joining the company in May 2018.
“Mr Linge has served Bradken extrememly well, helping strengthen the manufacturing business, improving it’s safety and sustainability performance, and putting customers at the heart of their products and services,” Mr Ishii said.
“The loss to the business of Simon was unexpected however we appreciate that this will give him the time needed to assist his family”.
To bring certainty during this time, Bradken today announced that Tetsuya Kitagawa has been appointed to the Acting CEO role, effective 1 December.
Mr Kitagawa has thorough knowledge of the Bradken business, serving as its Chief Operating Officer since 2017 and will lead the company’s continued focus on its customers and meeting their needs in a COVID-normal world.
