Kindness is Key
October is Mental Health Awareness Month. This year our focus is on kindness – its importance to our mental and physical health and wellbeing, and its ability to strengthen relationships, develop community and make people feel connected. We’re encouraging our people to do something kind (for themselves or someone else) everyday this month and hope to inspire others to do the same.
