Principal Mill Operations Expert

You are a technical expert for the operation and control of the comminution circuit. 

You will facilitate sales by working closely with client to improve their comminution circuits through process and product improvements. 

You will be instrumental in guiding and facilitating direction in development of complementary product, process and service opportunities and or strategies, thereby ensuring we have a future business to meet customer expectation.

You will be a collaborative individual who can work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams, Product & Engineering Team and Operations team, including training and guidance of customer requirements and operations.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Min 10 years’ experience in operating and have made improvements to multiple comminution circuits is essential
  • Detailed understanding of what and how changes impact on mill and circuit operation and have trained personnel in the operation of Mill and Crushers.
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Experience with R&D or improvement projects
  • Must hold a valid passport & have global experience & be willing to travel to remote mining locations.
