GETVision™ reduces production downtime, prevents downstream machinery issues, and improves onsite safety. The system comprises a ruggedized high-resolution camera for vision based monitoring, supported by a machine-learning AI system that delivers reliable GET Loss detection on all GET components for hydraulic shovels and excavators. GETVision™ provides alerts and point wear monitoring metrics directly to the operations team via the Dashboard installed within the vehicle cabin.
- Point and Adaptor loss detection: Identifies and alerts partial or full loss during operation.
- Lip Shroud loss detection: Identifies and alerts partial or full loss during operation.
- Point wear monitoring: Monitors wear changes on Points, providing insights into optimal change-out timing and reduction of unscheduled maintenance downtime.
