At Bradken, we are committed to every employee going home safe at the end of every day.
As we strive for world-class safety performance, our safety program Arrive safe, leave safe is designed to connect our people with their reasons for being safe – their families and friends, loved ones and the continued ability to do the things they like to do outside of work and be fit for work the next day.
Arrive safe, leave safe is built on the notion of looking after not just yourself but your workmates and our customers too. It aims to provide visible leadership commitment to our people, align leadership and the organisation and make sure we hold ourselves to account.
The nature of working in manufacturing can pose a number of potential risks. We have developed eight Rules We Live By to address the critical safety risks for our business and how we must work to minimise them. These rules are mandatory for all our people.
Our safety management systems are regularly updated and improved. Our newest system, Bradsafe is in line with the latest industry best practice and provides a risk based approach to safety.
