Sean Winstone - Chief Executive Officer
Sean joined Bradken as Executive General Manager Manufacturing Excellence in March, 2019 and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in February 2021.
He has extensive heavy manufacturing experience and, before joining Bradken, was Vice President, Continuous Manufacturing and Asset Management for Orica Ltd.
Simon Ashcroft - Chief Financial Officer
Simon joined Bradken as Chief Financial Officer in June 2026, bringing extensive experience leading finance in complex businesses.
Simon enjoys successfully positioning large-scale operations for growth, strengthening financial controls and discipline, improving cash flow and delivering results in rapidly changing environments.
Before Bradken Simon worked across different businesses within Ventia Services Group
Mark Hurley - Executive General Manager, Marketing & Technology
Mark has been with Bradken for more than 17 years and was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager, Marketing & Technology from October 2021.
Before this, Mark was Executive General Manager, Supply Chain and Global Product & Engineering Manager for the Mining Mobile Plant business.
Andrew Fisher - Executive General Manager, Corporate Services
Andrew was appointed Executive General Manager Corporate Services in June 2024.
An experienced HR executive, Andrew brings both his skill and passion for leading diverse regional and global teams in an inclusive and high performing manner. With a strong commercial and strategic focus, he has previously helped organisations such as Deloitte, Rowland and BHP to navigate large scale change and transformational projects through effective people strategies and functional leadership.
Amanda McNaughton - Executive General Manager, Operations
Joining Bradken in February 2020, Amanda was instrumental in building the Supply Chain planning team and developing Bradken's broader Supply Chain strategy before being appointed to the role of Executive General Manager, Supply Chain from October 2021. She was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager Operations in October 2022.
