Sean Winstone - Chief Executive Officer

Sean joined Bradken as Executive General Manager Manufacturing Excellence in March, 2019 and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in February 2021. 

He has extensive heavy manufacturing experience and, before joining Bradken,  was Vice President, Continuous Manufacturing and Asset Management for Orica Ltd.

Yutaka Kojima - Chief Strategy Officer

Yutaka joined Bradken in 2022 as Chief Strategy Officer from Hitachi Construction Machinery (HCM).

He has a wealth of experience in strategic procurement activities planning.

Sandra Davis, Chief Financial Officer

Joining Bradken in December 2021, Sandra brings financial discipline and direction as the Chief Financial Officer.

Sandra has held a number senior leadership roles in complex global organisations across a range of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and fast-moving consumer goods.

Darren Muir - Executive General Manager, Sales

Darren has been with Bradken for more than 20 years and is Executive General Manager, Sales.

Darren draws on his experience in roles across manufacturing, product development and sales functions including Executive General Manager, Market & Business Development, Mobile Plant Sales and Marketing General Manager, and General Manager of Bradken’s GET Division.

Amanda McNaughton - Executive General Manager, Operations

Joining Bradken in February 2020, Amanda was instrumental in building the Supply Chain planning team and developing Bradken's broader Supply Chain strategy before being appointed to the role of Executive General Manager, Supply Chain from October 2021. She was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager Operations in October 2022.

Mark Hurley - Executive General Manager, Marketing & Technology

Mark has been with Bradken for more than 17 years and was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager, Marketing & Technology from October 2021. 

Before this, Mark was Executive General Manager, Supply Chain and Global Product & Engineering Manager for the Mining Mobile Plant business.

Andrew Fisher - Executive General Manager, Corporate Services

Andrew was appointed Executive General Manager Corporate Services in June 2024.

An experienced HR executive, Andrew brings both his skill and passion for leading diverse regional and global teams in an inclusive and high performing manner. With a strong commercial and strategic focus, he has previously helped organisations such as Deloitte, Rowland and BHP to navigate large scale change and transformational projects through effective people strategies and functional leadership.

Nathan Heisler - President, Speciality Products

Nathan was appointed President of Bradken’s North American Specialty Products business on 1 April.

Prior to this appointment Nathan had been part of the Specialty Products leadership team for 11 years, most recently as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Before joining Bradken, Nathan was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at the Sanmar Groups, Matrix Metals subsidiary.
