Bradken has developed an innovative hybrid undercarriage for 7495HR/7495HF machines utilizing Bradken’s manganese crawler shoe designs. These shoes offer a proven solution to minimize shovel down time and improve undercarriage life.

Bradken’s hybrid design allows interchangeability between CAT and Komatsu rope shovels providing improved inventory efficiency for mine planners.

By employing our proven manganese designs we enable interchangeability of crawler shoes between CAT® & Komatsu® rope shovels.

• CAT 7495HR manganese shoes are compatible with the 4100XPC, 4100XPB, 4100C, and 4100A machines.

• CAT 7495HF manganese shoes are compatible with the 4100Boss.
