Bradken® Hybrid Undercarriage Solution
Bradken has developed an innovative hybrid undercarriage for 7495HR/7495HF machines utilizing Bradken’s manganese crawler shoe designs. These shoes offer a proven solution to minimize shovel down time and improve undercarriage life.

For over 25 years Bradken was the supplier of choice for Bucyrus ERS crawler shoes and other structural castings. Since 2013, Bradken has been directly supplying our customer around the world with a complete range of undercarriage components for Caterpillar ERS, leveraging decades of manufacturing experience, and featuring Bradken’s more recent design enhancements that reduce costs and improve performance in the toughest environments on earth.

Interchangeability
Bradken undercarriage components are fully interchangeable with OEM components and compatible with OEM installation requirements. Our customers have the security of Bradken warranty support even when Bradken components are installed alongside competitor components.
