Bradken Peru’s latest future-ready foundry featured

Bradken’s latest milestone in South America has been featured in Expomina Peru magazine. The article highlights our new state-of-the-art foundry that is under construction in Chilca, Peru. Designed to boost production by 20,000 tons annually and bring steel mill lining manufacturing closer to the region’s mining hubs. With a strong focus on sustainability, the foundry has a goal to operate on 99.5% renewable energy and integrate advanced technologies for efficiency and emission control. Scheduled to be fully operational by 2026, it will create 200 direct jobs and over 1,200 indirect jobs, reinforcing Bradken’s commitment to local communities and responsible mining.
