Bradken customers will receive more streamlined movement of their products in and out of Australia now that we have been granted accreditation under the Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) Program.
Administered by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs and the Australian Border Force, Trusted Trader is a mark of distinction for import/export businesses proving superior trade compliance and supply chain security standards.
Robyn Heap, Global Head of Logistics, said acknowledgement as an Australian Trusted Trader will provide a number of benefits for Bradken’s customers.
“Possibly the most significant benefit of having Australian Trusted Trader accreditation in the current freight environment is the priority treatment of goods at the border. Global freight is facing extreme delays and any opportunity we have to reduce the lead time to deliver freight is valuable to our customers, and could save between 2 to 5 days per shipment on imported product.”
“Another benefit is the streamlined and efficient documentation process, when suppling our products to our customers”.
Bradken is committed to providing customers with the highest customer service support and product quality and the dedication to continuous improvement processes ensures we meet the changing needs of customers and the environment we work within.
