Linings receives recognition from PROMPERU for its valuable contribution to Peruvian exports

In the framework of the Export Results Ceremony 2022, organized by PROMPERU's Exports Directorate, Bradken’s newly acquired rubber composite business, Linings, was recognized for its outstanding performance in exports during the year 2022 in the mining supply chain category.

Manuel Márquez, General Manager, Bradken Lima, received the award from Mr. Ricardo Limo, Director of Export Promotion of PROMPERÚ and Mrs. Silvia Hooker, Manager of Foreign Trade of the National Society of Industries (SNI).

Linings is a company oriented in the design, manufacture and commercialization of wear solutions for the milling process and ore haulage. It specializes in the manufacture of hybrid mill linings, developing customized designs that allow mills to improve their performance.

Marquez said "We are very honored and grateful for this distinction of our export performance in 2022. For the third consecutive year we have been the main exporters of composite milliners from Peru. Our high standards in design, manufacturing and engineering, as well as the services we offer have allowed us to export to different countries in America, Europe, Asia and Africa. We would also like to thank PROMPERU, who have always provided us with invaluable support in the internationalization process".

Bradken CEO Sean Winstone noted upon the announcement, "One of the reasons we decided to acquire Linings was their reputation for quality solutions both in Peru and around the world. Congratulations to Linings, now part of the Bradken Peru team".

Linings, part of Bradken's portfolio, grew its exports in 2022 by 150% compared to the previous year. Marquez commented that they are very optimistic for the future because they now have a wide range of anti-abrasive solutions as a result of their union with Bradken, which will support sales growth, factory expansion and generate more jobs.
