What is Condition Monitoring?

It refers to on site inspection and reporting services for Fixed Plant assets, the inspections are performed during a plant shutdown. There are 3 main types of inspections:

Visual Inspections

Using long selfie sticks, 360-degree cameras, conventional cameras, and lighting.

It is the quickest and most common type of inspection due to the minimal access required.

Ultrasonic Thickness Testing

Non-destructive thickness testing of liners on site, relies on access to the inside of assets.

It is the most accurate of all 3 methods of inspection.

3D Scanning

Typically used for large assets such as bins and hoppers that would otherwise require scaffold or rope access for thickness measurements.

It requires a base scan with known liner thicknesses.
