Our experienced Product Development team utilise the latest 3D CAD/DEM modelling software and 3D laser equipment to ensure overall fit complies with the machine.

The software provides analysis of the grinding dynamics to indicate liner wear and charge collision energies including normal & shear.

Bradken undertakes 3D laser scanning of the liners to capture actual wear data to further improve liner design.

3D scan data is overlayed with CAD to calculate wear material loss and identify high wear zones and liner profiling.
