Bradken offers MCP across its full-size range of Vertical Grinding mill liners. The integrated cast wear collar protects the mainshaft from the high abrasion wear concentrated at the lower digger shoe to reduce costly downtime & maintenance during relining.
Outer Edge Protection, OEP
Bradken offers a unique Outer Edge Protection wear system using Metal Matrix Composite (MMC) technology across its range of VGM-MMC liners to maximise liner life.
MMC is a composite material made from at least two constituents, commonly ceramic particles in a metal matrix. This combines the impact resistance of metals with the high abrasion.
Replaceable Tip Liners (RTL)

Vertical Mill Liner Lifting Device
Bradken Vertical Grinding Mill Liners include the unique Centre Point Lifting insert to improve the safety during liner installation.
The use of the CPL insert reduces the time to install the liners by allowing a single point of lift positioned at the centre of gravity, which aligns the flight in the correct orientation to be positioned on the main-shaft flight.
This eliminates the need for multiply chains and shackle points.
