Overview

Bradken Bullnose Discharge Cones are manufactured from superior wear materials to extend wear life and maximise mill availability. The Bullnose Discharge Cone is designed with a key system to ensure the last discharge cone installed fits with ease and requires no mating parts to be removed.

Bradken Bullnose® Discharge Cones are designed and manufactured from rubber and metal components specifically for Mill Liner applications incorporating a design focused on ensuring the discharge cone assembly can be installed in the most safe and efficient manner, whilst extending the life cycle and producing maximum tonnes.

Cast lifting lugs increase safety and allow for full reline machine adaptability
Oval head bolting for ease of installation
The number of parts in your current assembly can be halved when replaced with a Bullnose system
Unique key system allows the Bullnose to be installed independently of all other parts in the mill
